Logline: Since two enterprising college grads have taken over management of a self-storage facilty, their clientele are looking for more than just renting storage space.

 

Short Synopsis: Entrepreneurial college grad Richard Freeman, takes over management of a failing self-storage facility and hires his zany childhood friend and college roommate Brian Dunmore as his assistant. Richard and Brian want desperately to launch their video game development company and rule the video game world.

 

They possess the skills, commitment and passion. What they don't possess... MONEY. 

 

Complications arise when Brian discovers that a local gang member operating an illegal casino down the street is suddenly in need of a new place of operation. He suggests turning the vacant climate control storage units into his new casino, and to make matters worse, Richard discovers the former love of his life, Hope, has moved back to town, rents a storage unit at his facility, and is in financial dire straits.

 

Will a strapped-for-venture capital Richard and Brian cross the line and risk everything in order to help themselves and Hope, with the chance for Richard to win back the heart that he broke?

Quick-paced, high energy, twisting action has our acrimonious buddy cops "race to caution" to solve a murder in the precinct pinned on Tucker, sparking a surprising chain of events that lead our detectives to hijack an armored truck, steal Federal Reserve cash, escape arrest, overrun a fortified police roadblock, plummet to apparent death and drive an airplane to ground. Can Detective's Tucker and Rodman solve the case, survive the day and each other?  Sometimes... money for nothin is a huge price to pay

 Short Synopsis:  As the stock market plunges, so do life savings. Miss Stella Pierce, a classy studio made movie actress of yesteryear is very familiar with stock losses. Her late husband lost nearly all their retirement to a ponzi scheme. Miss Pierce blames God for her fall from grace. She believes the market is not in a rally and wants out. The hedge fund manager will not honor her redemption request and Miss Pierce finds out the true reason for the delay. Will Miss Pierce expose the fraud in time? Will anyone believe her? Or, will the hedge fund mangers convince the shareholders that MIss Pierce is merely a bitter actress of yesteryear seeking to regain her fame, at their expense.
